    Bath Cocktail Bartenders for hire in 4 easy steps:

    - Step 1: Enquiry Stage. Please send us your requirements, including the event date, postcode, and the number of guests attending.

    - Step 2: The Quotation. You will receive a personalised quote based on your requirements and our availability.

    - Step 3: Reservation Stage. Confirm your preferred option with your dedicated Event Agent to ensure the perfect fit for your event.

    - Step 4: Secure the date. A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance to be paid in full on the day of the event.

     

    What is included with bartender hire?

    Every bartender for hire comes with the barware tool required to make the drinks from the menu. You need to supply the glassware and the ingredients. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed shopping list containing all the ingredients needed for your chosen drinks. Before this, you will first receive a menu to help you decide which cocktails to serve at your event.

    After making your selection, simply email it to us.

     

    How far in advance should I book?

    Book the date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Most parties hire a cocktail maker with 6 to 8 weeks notice.

    How long does it take the bartender to set up? Usually it takes the bartenders about 25 minutes to set up the drinks station for small scale events with up to 20 guests. If you have a larger number of guest and the bartender need to set up a many things before they start serving, it may take up to one hour to set up. Please plan & book your bartender accordingly and make sure to let us know your group size at enquiry stage.

     

    How can I determine the number of bartenders needed for my event?

    Each bartender can handle up to 25/30 guests alone, For events with 30+ guests we recommend additional bartenders. Drinks waiters are great to have for large scale events with 30 guests or more. They will take drinks orders and serve, they will also clear the area of empty beer bottles and dirty glasses and can also run the dishwasher for you.
